- Made of polyamide 66, which ensures high mechanical resistance at low and high temperatures (operating temperature -30°C to +100°C).
- Supplied with a 70 Shore class oil resistant O-ring.
- In versions with air filter (polyurethane foam or sintered bronze), it is located under the cover and can be easily removed for cleaning and subsequent assembly.
- These plugs allow a high air circulation due to the ventilation holes at the bottom of the plug.
- They are recommended for use in systems where the oil level varies frequently and for short periods of time,
- where air inlet and outlet are necessary without causing undesirable overpressures.
- In applications where the air vent is subject to heavy splashes, especially during start-up when the oil is not yet very fluid,
- we recommend using a version with a sintered bronze air filter (filtration grade 30 microns).
- This allows air flow, but slows down oil overflow as this type of filter is not absorbent.
